Hurtigruten reduces production on the Norwegian Coast to two ships
With current travel restrictions and quarantine requirements for travelling to Norway international travel is limited to a minimum. Hurtigruten has therefore decided in consultation with Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications to reduce production on the Norwegian Coast. Hurtigruten will by 2nd of October operate the route between Bergen and Kirkenes with two ships. With only two ships in operation on the Norwegian Coast Hurtigruten’s net cash burn rate per month is c.EUR12-15m before working capital.
