Update on Fixed Income Investor Calls

With reference to the stock exchange release dated 10 November 2021, regarding fixed income investor calls commencing on 12 November.

Hurtigruten Group has decided to not proceed with the issue of a NOK denominated senior unsecured green bond as the Company considers the terms offered as unsatisfactory in the current market. The Company would like to thank investors for their time during the investor calls as well as interest in the transaction and will continue to monitor markets going forward.
