The expedition team will mark the way for you to the beautiful white sandy Leopard Beach. Also several expedition team members will be posted along the way for you to ask questions or direct you on the right way. This is a relatively easy hike on a good path along the shoreline of Carcass island. The last part to the beach is downhill, but not steep. With a little bit of luck, you could see Humboldt penguins and maybe some seals. One way is around 6 kilometres and will take you approximately 1,5 hours each way.

Additional information: bring enough water with you, you can hike with your own hiking boots ; it will be a dry landing

If you are not planning to do the entire hike, it is possible to turn around whenever you please. This applies to all hikers.
