  • Relax on a scenic bus tour across two of the Faroe Islands and learn about their long history.

  • Drive 150 metres under the sea and admire the light installation by Faroese artist Tróndur Patursson.

  • Visit Christianskirkjan, a historic Faroese church of great architectural significance.

  • Take the causeway from Borðoy to Kunoy, and enjoy a stroll in the picturesque village of Kunoy.

Island hopping by bus

We drive along Skálafjørður from Runavík, passing the villages of Gøta and Leirvík. To get to Borðoy, we take the Nordoya Subsea Tunnel, the Faroes’ longest undersea tunnel with a colourful light installation around the roundabout. In Klaksvík, the island’s main fishing port, we’ll visit Christianskirkjan, then drive to the island of Kunoy, where we’ll enjoy a stroll before heading back to Runavík.
