Hurtigruten ASA is a merger between the companies Ofotens og Vesteraalens Dampskibsselskab ASA and Troms Fylkes Dampskibsselskap ASA. 26th of april 2007 the company changed name from Hurtigruten Group ASA to Hurtigruten ASA.
